At Ebonyline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty and hair care purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items in original, unopened, and unworn condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging with all tags attached; for hygiene reasons, lace-front wigs and hairpieces must not be cut, worn, or altered.

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package, then ship it to our designated returns center using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
